| Normal Map Rotations | ||
| The mapcycle at the Kastle changes every day. In addition to the few maps from our regular rotation, about a dozen different map from our collection are selected each day. | ||

| Special Map Weekends | ||
| We often run special
maps on the weekends. The first weekend of each month is usually
a Map Test Weekend, where we discover new maps to include in our regular
or special rotations. The second weekend of the month is often devoted to lo-grav fun with maps such as Killbox, Rockpit and Lurkbox2. The last weekend of each month is generally reserved for our regular map rotation, giving the players at the Kastle a chance to improve their stats as the end of the month draws near. For other weekends we simply follow our whims. Sometimes we'll have an extra lo-grav, other times we may feature a particular map. Come play! |

| It is much better
if you download any maps you do not have from here, rather than from within Half-Life. Not only will the transfer be much faster, but it also won't impact the gameplay on the server |

| Map Downloads | ||
| We have gathered many
of the maps we run here on the Kastle into a number of .zip files. We've
grouped most of them according to the map tests in which they were introduced. To install the maps, read the .txt files that comes with most of the individual maps. If you continue to have problems, ask for help in our forums. |
